Esperance by Adam Oyebanji
A detective murder mystery thriller in a science fiction context. . .but also reckoning with the real life injustices with refreshing takes and twists.
Of Monsters and Mainframes by Barbara Truelove
Snarky AIs and Universal Monsters in space. Witty and fun—great for fans of Murderbot or The Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy.
Saltcrop by Yume Kitasei
This book is many things at once—a seafaring adventure in a climate ravaged landscape complete with pirates and vagabonds, a corporate conspiracy thriller, and a deep exploration of the emotional dynamics of three sisters. And somehow it’s all woven together brilliantly.
