If you love board games, join us for an opportunity to learn and play The Red Burnoose: Algeria 1857 with the game’s designer, Matt Shoemaker.

The Red Burnoose: Algeria 1857 is a cooperative wargame for 1 to 4 players where you play the role of the Kabyle people trying to fend off the French who want to conquer their land. The game uses deckbuilding combined with some area control for playing the game. The game can run from 1-2 hours.

The game’s creator, Matt Shoemaker, will lead up to 8 people split between two tables. This event is free, but the limited space will be given to the first 8 people seated (others are free to observe within our store’s limited space). The game will also be available for purchase.

BYOB for those of age. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult; this game is intended for people ages 14+.
