Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges of unused and unopened merchandise within 14 calendar days of purchase with a receipt.

• All returned items must be in original condition with no damage or marks; shrink-wrapped or sealed products must be unopened.

• Eligible refunds will be issued for the purchase price back to the original payment method.

• Special orders will only be refunded if there is an error or defect.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened media (board games, cards, etc.)

• Special order items 

• Opened or used jewelry

• Slime, squish balls, and other fidgets

• Clearance items, mystery packs, and back-issue comic books
